ResilientNU Winter Cohorts

ResilientNU’s winter cohort is open for registration! Over 5 weeks, our small groups cover wellness, stress management, and finding balance in 75-minute sessions with a trained NU student and a staff member from Health Promotion & Wellness (HPAW).

Our small cohorts are a great way to build time for yourself and your wellbeing amidst busy schedules. If you’re interested, please check out http://bit.ly/resilient-nu or email resilientnu@u.northwestern.edu if you have any questions!

We hope to see you in a cohort!
