M‘Cats in the N Zone
Northwestern vs. Duke
Thank you to all the M‘Cats who joined us in Durham, North Carolina, on September 9 for our Medical Alumni Tailgate to watch Northwestern take on Duke. Unfortunately, we lost the game, but it was a beautiful day and a fantastic gathering. Feinberg had a strong showing in the N Zone! If you missed your opportunity to get in on the tailgate fun, join us at home at Ryan Field as Northwestern leads us to victory over Iowa on October 21. Medical alumni receive a special group ticket rate using promo code: NUFSM.

From the Director's Desk:

Dear Alumni,

Our fall events are now in full swing! This week we are on the east coast, hosting alumni gatherings in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. We had a wonderful turnout for our first Medical Alumni Tailgate of the year, held earlier this month in Durham, North Carolina, for the Northwestern vs. Duke game. Several alumni will be joining us again in Hyattsville, Maryland, when Northwestern takes on Maryland on October 14. If you missed your chance to join us on the road for these regional tailgates, join us right here at home for a very special Medical Alumni Tailgate at Ryan Field on October 21 (Northwestern vs. Iowa), or at our Rockford Happy Hour on October 26. See the “upcoming events” portion of this newsletter for more details and to register for these events.

I also encourage you to sign up for our wonderful new HOST program to help support our medical students as they travel across the country for their residency interviews. For more information and to sign up, please see the HOST program section of the newsletter.

Lastly, our Medical Alumni Association Board of Directors will hold their fall meeting October 6-7. Please know that your input is always welcome. Let us know what you would like to see from your Medical Alumni Association and stay connected with us.

Happy fall everyone!

Thank you,
